- it also means that certain installations can be done without having to apply

Skills for Energy Efficiency which means that he can self certify central
heating installations direct to the local authority Building Control Officer.

Meet the Apprentice - Lee
Baxter
 Lee is 20 years
old and has joined Ball and Sons as a modern apprentice.
In September 2008 Lee commences his college training at the
Construction Centre of West Nottinghamshire College which is based in Kirkby and
over the next 3 years and 1 term will become qualified to Level 3 NVQ, Unvented
Hot Water Qualified, Water Regulations Qualified and ACS Gas accredited.
